With IdealSeat, we want to help you create your online event in minutes. Once you have your branded IdealSeat page, you are ready to begin creating your events with our Zoom integration.

Start creating your event:

After selecting your start date, start time, end date and time if applicable, and ticket quantity; you can select 'Type of Event'-Online. The 'Make it a Zoom Meeting' button will appear.

Grant access:

You will click the button and this will direct you to connect your Zoom account to IdealSeat.

You will need to authorize IdealSeat to have access to your Zoom account.

Back to IdealSeat to finalize your event:

Next, you will be taken back to your event page.

Here you will continue to set up your event, selecting whatever options you need to make your event perfect.

Publish your event:

After you finish all the steps, publish your event.
